* A masters degree or higher
* Be PCA licensed and CCA certified
* Have a strong agronomic background and thorough understanding of all aspects of crop production
* Able to make solid recommendations for new plantings, fertility, and crop production
* Able to advise on sustainability practices
* Comfortable working with area growers
