About the Role:
Supervise the daily operations of the grain facility to ensure top-notch efficiency
Oversee maintenance schedules. troubleshooting,
Lead and mentor a dedicated team of professionals
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
Manage grain intake, storage, and distribution processes
Desired Background:
Proven experience in grain elevator with operations and maintenance (3+ Years)
Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
