About the Role:

  • Supervise the daily operations of the grain facility to ensure top-notch efficiency

  • Oversee maintenance schedules. troubleshooting,

  • Lead and mentor a dedicated team of professionals

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

  • Manage grain intake, storage, and distribution processes

 

Desired Background:

  • Proven experience in grain elevator with operations and maintenance (3+ Years)

  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development

  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure

  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
