Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage commercial and/or structural steel construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience with a general contractor, though candidates with structural steel erection/construction backgrounds will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through close-out

  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

  • Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders

  • Perform site visits and attend project meetings as needed

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in construction project management

  • Prior experience with a general contractor or structural steel erection projects preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Structural Engineering (required)

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $100,000 – $115,000 (DOE)

  • Bonus: Up to 20%-30% annual performance bonus

  • 401(k) Match: Over 10% employer contribution
