Job Description

A leader in the Ag industry is looking to hire an Ag Operator. Advance your ag career with this long-term opportunity that has tremendous leadership growth potential!

Ag Operator Responsibilities:

• Operate top-of-the-line equipment such as sprayers, tractors, etc.
• Perform operations necessary for crop production, including tillage, planting, cultivating, harvest, etc.
• Utilize technology including GPS systems and equipment
• Ensure equipment is in working order and perform general maintenance and repairs as necessary
• Drive a semi-truck as needed

Ag Operator Requirements:

• HS diploma or equivalent
• Ag background/knowledge preferred
• Mechanical skills preferred
• Self-motivated, strong work ethic, and love for farming
• Valid driver’s license required
• Class A CDL Preferred!
