Job Description

 Job Summary: This position will be responsible for securing new business and managing existing accounts throughout the entire product lifecycle and providing customer sales support. The Sales Specialist will report progress on a regular basis to support business unit reporting on an ongoing basis. Description of duties and responsibilities:

  • Support existing customer accounts and actively pursue new sales opportunities in the lubricant’s customers (Automotive OEM, Tier 1, or relevant customers).
  • Support the entire sales process from quotation to delivery, including order management, forecasting, and reporting. manage accounts internally and externally to maximize customer satisfaction and ensure profitability
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders: technical, supply chain, operation and sales.
  • Recommends product solutions which link to customer objectives. Works to differentiate value proposition and establish competitive advantage
  • Assist in creating sales strategies to achieve corporate sales targets and support company vision
  • Update all internal sales systems and be able to track and report changes to management internally
  • Promote effective communication with customers and develop professional working relationships with all customer representatives
  • Prepare and deliver professional business proposals, presentations, and quotations.
  • Manage economic analysis, data mining and quotation by customers and products
  • Ability to communicate well with customers.
  • Highly detail oriented and organized in work.
  • Ability to manage team members.
  • Good working knowledge of computer system related to work
  • Ability to prioritize and to manage multiple, simultaneous and at times, competing deliverables

  Education and Experience Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree
  • 2-10 years of Experience in a position in sales, account management, business planning, or operations in automotive car makers, lubricants, oil & gas and chemical industry: If hired, both managing existing customer and strategy planning are involved
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) and fluent Korean is preferred; bilingual proficiency preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Experiences of CRM/ERP software is preferred.
  • Business Travel required including overseas.
