Concrete Construction Project Manager Responsibilities:

A stable and reputable concrete construction company is looking for its next Concrete Project Manager.
This is a great company to work with, offering amazing benefits and growth opportunities.
This opportunity is located within the Denver Metro, Western Slope and Wyoming area.

Pay is DOE ($85,000 to $115,000), including health, dental, vision, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications for Concrete Construction Project Manager

  • 5+ years' experience in Commercial Concrete Construction, Slab, Podium Deck, Flatwork, Curb and Gutter
  • Previous experience in a concrete project management role with the ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to organize necessary resources, including people, tools, and time to meet tight deadlines and achieve desired results
  • Four-year degree from an accredited university within the construction, engineering, or business concentrations preferred, but not required


Concrete Construction Project Manager Skills:

  • Experience with Bluebeam, Building Connected, Construct Connect, Procore a plus.
  • Ability to read civil plans and develop cost estimates.
  • Detail orientated with ability to pick out details within huge plans.
  • Process driven with ability to pivot and adapt to each project/issue/challenge.
  • Concrete, asphalt, base stone, and excavation experience.
  • Strong analytical ability, quantitative and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication/interpersonal skills
  • Ability to independently manage own work and ask questions until resolution is achieved.
