Civil Litigation | Insurance Defense Attorney

Licensed in Nevada; hybrid/fully remote opportunity

Seeking 2-7+ years' Insurance Defense Litigation Attorneys with all levels of experience for a well-established, AV-rated regional firm with offices located in Henderson for this role; candidates must be licensed in Nevada but hybrid/remote opportunities are available. With a growing caseload, they are in need of the ideal candidate to be a positive self-starter and team player, who can work autonomously, possess organized record keeping and writing skills, and strong interpersonal skills to navigate communication with Fortune 500 clients. Passion for being a trial lawyer and experience with Insurance Fraud and EUO, a plus. 

Areas of practice include: General Liability Defense, Insurance Coverage, Casualty Insurance, Catastrophic Liability Defense, Commercial Auto, Tank and Trucking Litigation, Construction Defects

For the determined and motivated individual, this is an excellent opportunity to work on complex litigation and interesting cases. Base compensation starting from DOE $120K-$190K+ DOE, (higher salary considered with more senior experience level) plus bonus and full suite benefits.
