Plaintiff’s Litigation Paralegal – Catastrophic Injury & Mass Torts
Location: Dallas, TX
I am partnering with a well-established plaintiff-side trial firm in Dallas that is hiring for two separate paralegal positions: one focused on catastrophic injury and serious personal injury/wrongful death cases, and one focused on mass torts. These roles support high-impact, plaintiff-side litigation in a trial-focused environment.
What We Need
3+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury and/or mass torts litigation paralegal experience (catastrophic or high-exposure cases strongly preferred)
Experience managing a busy litigation docket from intake through resolution
Ability to draft and organize pleadings, discovery, and related litigation documents
Experience coordinating records (medical, employment, billing) and maintaining case files and databases
Hands-on support for depositions, mediations, and trial preparation
Strong client communication skills and comfort working with experts, referring counsel, and multiple attorneys
High attention to detail and ability to manage significant volume in an organized, systematic way
Comfort working in a structured, metrics-driven, team-based environment
Prior experience with multi-plaintiff or MDL work (pharma, device, environmental, asbestos, or similar) is a plus
Spanish/English bilingual skills strongly preferred, but not required
What You’ll Get
Competitive compensation based on experience, with the ability to go higher for standout senior paralegals
Strong benefits package and a trial-focused, collaborative work environment
Opportunity to work on serious personal injury, wrongful death, trucking/motor vehicle, and or complex mass tort matters
Meaningful responsibility in case development, discovery, and trial preparation rather than purely administrative work
Exposure to high-value plaintiff-side litigation and a firm culture that supports performance and long-term growth
