Supervise and support commercial roofing service crews on leak calls, repairs, and maintenance
Serve as the on-site contact for property managers, facility engineers, and building owners
Conduct inspections on in-progress and completed work to ensure quality and safety standards are met
Coordinate with dispatch and service managers to plan and assign daily service work
Respond to emergency service requests, including after-hours as needed
Ensure accurate documentation of reports, photos, safety forms, and service tickets using tablets and job tracking software
Ensure crews are properly equipped with tools, materials, and safety gear
5–15 years in commercial roofing, especially low-slope systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM, Mod-Bit, BUR)
Minimum 2 years of experience supervising service or repair crews
Strong leadership and communication skills in a field setting
Proficiency with technology (tablets, apps, software) and understanding of specs/blueprints
OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain)
Manufacturer certifications a plus
