🚨 URGENT HIRE: Litigation Associate Attorney
📍 Pittsburgh & Cranberry Township, PA | In-Office | 3–5 Years’ Experience Required

We are seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to join a top-tier business law firm with offices in Pittsburgh and Cranberry Township, PA. This is a full-time, in-office role for a motivated and skilled attorney with 3–5 years of litigation experience.

MUST HAVE: Active PA Law License + 3–5 years of litigation experience

🔹 Responsibilities

The duties of the position include, but are not limited to:

  • Self-directed case management from inception to resolution under partner guidance
  • Prepare for and conduct hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials/arbitrations
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery with accuracy and strategy
  • Conduct complex legal research and analyze procedural/substantive issues
  • Review case documents with superior attention to detail
  • Interface professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and courts
  • Build relationships with clients and support business development efforts
  • Work effectively within a collaborative team environment

🔹 Requirements

  • Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania (Active PA Bar – Required)
  • 3–5 years of private firm litigation experience
  • Strong academic and employment credentials
  • Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with Westlaw and/or LexisNexis for legal research
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff
