Sales Representative – Metal Buildings / Construction

Location: Dallas Employment Type: Full-Time Base Salary: $40,000 – $60,000 + Uncapped Bonus

We are partnered with a growing and well-established construction company in the Dallas market seeking a Sales Representative with experience in metal buildings, construction services, or building materials.

This role is built for a closer—not a cold caller. You’ll be working primarily with warm, inbound leads, allowing you to focus on converting opportunities into revenue. Their current sales team consistently earns six-figure incomes, backed by strong demand and a steady pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and convert warm inbound leads into closed deals
  • Build relationships with developers, general contractors, and business owners
  • Assess client needs and recommend tailored building solutions
  • Prepare proposals, pricing, and project scopes
  • Coordinate with operations and project teams for seamless execution
  • Maintain CRM activity and manage your sales pipeline
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in construction sales, metal buildings, or building materials
  • Experience with pre-engineered metal buildings (PEMB), concrete, or commercial construction is a strong plus
  • Proven track record of closing deals and hitting sales targets
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills
  • Self-starter with a competitive, results-driven mindset
