What You’ll Do
Lead the design and coordination of multi-family residential projects from concept through construction.
Manage client relationships and act as the main point of contact.
Oversee project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal team members.
Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and quality expectations.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of professional architectural experience, with a focus on multi-family housing preferred.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
Professional licensure (or on track toward licensure).
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other design tools.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $90,000 – $110,000, based on experience.
