Job Description

Account Executive - Printing

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales: Generate leads, pitch products, and close sales for printing services. 
  • Client Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers. 
  • Contract Negotiation: Draft and negotiate contracts for printing jobs. 
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent service, addressing customer needs and resolving issues. 
  • Account Management: Maintain customer accounts, track orders, and follow up on projects. 
  • Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. 
  • Sales Reporting: Keep track of sales activities, track performance against targets, and report on results. 
  • Presentation and Proposal: Develop presentations and proposals for potential clients. 
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about new products, services, and printing technologies. 

Required Skills:

  • Strong sales and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Knowledge of printing technologies and processes (helpful). 

Additional Duties (depending on the company):

  • Cold calling and prospecting.
  • Providing technical advice to customers.
  • Collaborating with other departments (e.g., customer service

 

Commission: 40% of gross profit
