Commercial Business Litigation Attorney – AM Law Firm

Palm Beach Florida

An AM Law firm is seeking a talented Commercial Business Litigation Attorney with 4 to 6 years of experience to join its dynamic litigation practice. This is an opportunity to work on sophisticated commercial business matters alongside some of the top attorneys in the field.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in all phases of commercial business litigation, including pre-litigation counseling, discovery, motion practice, trial, and appeals.
  • Develop strategic case plans, conduct in-depth legal research, and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs for complex commercial business disputes.
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of electronic discovery and document production.
  • Handle and defend depositions, including expert witness preparation and examination.
  • Appear in both state and federal courts for hearings, status conferences, and trials.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials and licensed in Florida.
  • Admission to at least one federal court is required.
  • Proven experience representing clients in commercial business litigation matters.
  • Excellent analytical, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice areas to provide comprehensive client service.
