A highly regarded law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney to join its Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice in Pittsburgh. What You’ll Do
- Manage commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution.
- Conduct factual investigations, legal research, and client communications.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and legal memoranda.
- Prepare for and conduct depositions, argue motions, and participate in hearings and trials.
- Manage all aspects of discovery, including e-discovery.
- Collaborate with partners and colleagues across offices on complex disputes.
- Assist with business development and marketing initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of civil litigation experience, with a focus on business and commercial litigation.
- Outstanding academic credentials.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Experience drafting motions, pleadings, briefs, and discovery.
- Ability to manage cases independently while contributing effectively within a team.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in developing and growing a legal practice.
- Licensed and in good standing with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
