Compensation: $130K–$190K+ base salary (DOE) + bonus
About the Opportunity: A top-tier Dallas plaintiff’s litigation firm is seeking a driven and talented Catastrophic Personal Injury Attorney with 3–7 years of experience to join their renowned trial team. Responsibilities:
Handle catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases from intake through trial
Draft and argue motions, conduct depositions, and prepare cases for mediation and trial
Collaborate with senior trial attorneys on strategy and courtroom presentation
Navigate Texas court procedures and jury dynamics effectively
Provide client-centered representation while delivering exceptional legal advocacy
Qualifications:
JD from an ABA-accredited law school
Active Texas Bar license
3–7 years of litigation experience, preferably in personal injury or related fields
Excellent writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
Trial experience highly preferred
Ability to manage multiple high-stakes cases simultaneously
