Litigation Attorney – Catastrophic Personal Injury
Location: Dallas, Texas
Experience: 3–7 Years
Compensation: $130K–$190K+ base salary (DOE) + bonus

About the Opportunity: A top-tier Dallas plaintiff’s litigation firm is seeking a driven and talented Catastrophic Personal Injury Attorney with 3–7 years of experience to join their renowned trial team. This is a rare opportunity to litigate high-value, complex cases and work alongside some of the most respected personal injury attorneys in Texas.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases from intake through trial

  • Draft and argue motions, conduct depositions, and prepare cases for mediation and trial

  • Collaborate with senior trial attorneys on strategy and courtroom presentation

  • Navigate Texas court procedures and jury dynamics effectively

  • Provide client-centered representation while delivering exceptional legal advocacy

Qualifications:

  • JD from an ABA-accredited law school

  • Active Texas Bar license

  • 3–7 years of litigation experience, preferably in personal injury or related fields

  • Excellent writing, research, and oral advocacy skills

  • Trial experience highly preferred

  • Ability to manage multiple high-stakes cases simultaneously
