Are you a seasoned leader in food or feed manufacturing looking to take the next step in your career? We’re searching for a dynamic Production Manager to oversee our entire production and warehousing operations while leading a dedicated team of 12 employees.
As Production Manager, you will be the driving force behind meeting and exceeding production goals. You’ll work closely with our General Manager to ensure smooth operations, timely output, and high-quality standards across the facility. This hands-on leadership role requires strong organizational skills, a commitment to safety, and a passion for optimizing manufacturing processes.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and manage day-to-day production and warehouse activities
Supervise and mentor a team of 12 production employees
Collaborate with the General Manager to meet production targets and improve efficiency
Ensure compliance with food/feed safety standards and company policies
Oversee inventory management, scheduling, and resource allocation
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality
What We’re Looking For:
Proven leadership experience in food or feed manufacturing operations
Strong understanding of production workflows and warehousing logistics
Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
What We Offer:
Competitive hourly pay: $30-$35/hr plus overtime ($85,000-$100,000 per year)
50-hour work weeks with paid overtime
