Role Overview: You’ll represent insurers in bad faith and coverage disputes involving home, auto, and life claims. From case strategy to resolution, this role offers meaningful courtroom experience and the chance to mentor junior attorneys.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Defend insurers in coverage and bad faith litigation

  • Develop strategies, manage discovery, and conduct depositions

  • Draft motions and represent clients in mediations and trials

  • Collaborate with colleagues and support firm growth

Qualifications:

  • 5–12 years of insurance coverage/bad faith litigation experience

  • Licensed in Arizona (Active & in Good Standing)

  • Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills

  • Proven deposition and courtroom experience

  • Client-focused and team-oriented, with leadership potential
