Trial Attorney – Plaintiff’s Personal Injury
Location: St. Louis, MO | On-Site
Compensation: $80,000 – $95,000 salary + bonus. Full benefits.
A well-established plaintiff’s personal injury practice is seeking a Trial Attorney with 1–3 years of experience. This is a rare opportunity to move quickly into the courtroom while being mentored by seasoned litigators. Instead of endless document review, you’ll be managing your own docket, taking depositions, and appearing in court from the start.
What You’ll Do:
Handle a caseload of personal injury matters from filing to resolution
Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
Conduct and defend depositions
Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trials
Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies
Negotiate settlements with defense counsel
What We’re Looking For:
Licensed in Missouri
1–3 years of litigation experience
Strong writing, research, and advocacy skills
Motivated, resilient, and client-focused
