In this full-time, onsite position, the Maintenance Manager will take ownership of the entire maintenance function within a fast-paced food production environment. You’ll lead a skilled team, ensure equipment reliability, and collaborate closely with leadership to support plant performance and continuous improvement.
Overview:
Overseeing all maintenance operations including preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, and troubleshooting
Leading and developing a maintenance team across shifts
Managing and executing projects to improve uptime, efficiency, and safety
Working closely with operations leadership on facility improvements and planning
Maintaining compliance with food safety and regulatory standards
Driving a culture of teamwork, accountability, and operational excellence
