Job Title: Project Manager – Miscellaneous Metals Fabrication
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee miscellaneous metals fabrication and installation projects, including stairs, railings, handrails, platforms, and other custom architectural metalwork. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience managing fabrication and field installation from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Manage all phases of miscellaneous metals projects from award through closeout.
Coordinate with estimators, detailers, fabricators, and field crews to ensure successful project execution.
Review drawings, specifications, and scope to confirm project requirements.
Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams regarding progress, changes, and expectations.
Oversee material procurement, fabrication sequencing, and installation logistics.
Ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards.
Qualifications:
3–5 years of project management experience in miscellaneous metals fabrication and installation (stairs, railings, handrails, etc.).
Strong understanding of shop fabrication and field erection processes.
Ability to read and interpret shop and architectural drawings.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
