About the Firm

We are a premier, highly respected boutique law firm in Washington State dedicated to advocating for the injured. Our reputation is built on exceptional advocacy, elite legal strategy, and a deeply collaborative culture. Unlike high-volume mills, we focus on high-stakes, meaningful representation.

What truly sets us apart is our stability and workplace culture. Most of our attorneys and support staff have been with our firm for over a decade. We pride ourselves on providing a supportive, well-resourced environment where legal professionals can thrive long-term without the burnout often associated with personal injury litigation.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned, courtroom-tested Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney to join our close-knit team in Washington. This role is designed for an accomplished litigator who possesses the deep procedural knowledge and trial presence necessary to handle complex personal injury or medical malpractice cases from inception through verdict in both state and federal jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a select caseload of high-value plaintiff personal injury and/or medical malpractice matters across Washington State.
  • Lead all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and comprehensive federal and state court discovery.
  • Take and defend depositions of plaintiffs, defendants, medical experts, and corporate representatives with precision.
  • Regularly appear in both WA state and federal courts for arguments, hearings, and trials.
  • Develop and execute aggressive, strategic litigation plans to maximize recovery for clients.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Jurisdictional Licensing: Active license in good standing with the Washington State Bar Association (WSBA), plus active admission to the U.S. District Court (Western and/or Eastern District of Washington).
  • Experience: Significant, substantive experience practicing in Plaintiff Personal Injury or Medical Malpractice law.
  • Courtroom Presence: Proven track record of courtroom experience, with the confidence and skill to command a courtroom, conduct rigorous examinations, and ask the right questions under pressure.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication skills, a sharp analytical mind for medical and technical evidence, and a genuine passion for advocating for individual plaintiffs.

Compensation & Benefits

Our firm believes in transparency, stability, and rewarding expertise directly.

  • Predictable, High-Value Compensation: We offer a substantial, top-tier base salary that reflects your years of experience and trial capability. We choose to provide a highly secure and guaranteed base compensation structure in lieu of unpredictable bonus models.
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Full health, dental, and vision insurance; robust retirement plans; and paid time off.
  • Unrivaled Support: Work alongside an experienced, long-tenured paralegal and administrative support team that minimizes your administrative burdens so you can focus on practicing law.
