What They Are Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience estimating heavy civil construction
• Experience with site development and/or heavy highway projects
• Proven ability to manage multiple estimates simultaneously
• Strong communication skills working with clients and design teams
• Experience tracking, pricing, and negotiating project cost changes
• Understanding of project financials, including profit and loss
