Over here at GPAC we are actively working with a reputable commercial roofing company looking to add a sales manager to their team. They recently experienced their Sales Manager retiring and need a new Commercial Roofing Sales Manager to continue to train and lead their already impressive team of salesman. They do primarily commercial flat roof work and want someone with experience creating and executing sales strategies.
Their values are a BIG part of who they are so they really take care of their employees. They have a full team of Projects Managers, estimators, salesman, and Laborers. Commercial Roof Sales Manager Experience
* 2+ years of Sales Management experience - preferably in commercial but residential experience can be applicable as well
* Deep knowledge of all Commercial Roofing materials and techniques
*Must be comfortable creating and executing sales strategies for a team of salesman
* Positive attitude, Analytical in nature, Self-motivated, Ambitious, and a Team player
