• Manage divorce, custody, child support, and related cases
• Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and settlement agreements
• Represent clients during mediation, hearings, and trial
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
• Build effective case strategies from intake through resolution
WHAT THEY ARE LOOKING FOR
• Experience working as a Family Law Attorney or in civil litigation
• Active Arkansas Bar license in good standing
• Strong negotiation, writing, and courtroom skills
• A compassionate Family Law Attorney who communicates clearly
• The organization and discretion needed to succeed as a Family Law Attorney
• A dependable Family Law Attorney who can manage cases independently
