Complex Plaintiff-Side Personal Injury Attorney (3–8 Years)
Location: Beverly Hills, CA (Hybrid)
Compensation: $175,000 – $225,000 + Bonus + Full Benefits

We are partnering with a highly regarded plaintiff-side litigation firm in Beverly Hills seeking a skilled Personal Injury Attorney with 3–8 years of experience handling complex, high-value matters. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who thrives in a fast-paced, trial-focused environment and wants to take ownership of impactful cases.

About the Role

This position focuses on complex personal injury litigation, including catastrophic injury and high-exposure cases. You will manage cases from inception through resolution, working alongside a collaborative team of experienced trial attorneys.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a caseload of complex plaintiff-side personal injury matters
• Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and discovery
• Take and defend depositions (fact witnesses, experts, plaintiffs, defendants)
• Work closely with experts in fields such as medical, accident reconstruction, and economics
• Participate in mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation
• First or second chair trial opportunities depending on experience

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience (complex/catastrophic injury strongly preferred)
• Strong litigation skills, including motion practice and deposition experience
• Trial experience or significant trial exposure is highly valued
• Excellent writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
• Active California Bar membership in good standing
