Plaintiff Personal Injury Paralegal

Are you an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal looking to join a highly respected plaintiff-side law firm in Beverly Hills? Our client, one of the premier litigation firms in California, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Paralegal to support a busy and successful personal injury practice.

This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside accomplished attorneys handling complex and high-value personal injury matters while enjoying the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule.

What You'll Do

  • Manage cases from inception through resolution
  • Draft, review, and respond to discovery requests and discovery-related correspondence
  • Organize and maintain case files, medical records, and litigation documents
  • Coordinate with clients, medical providers, experts, and opposing counsel
  • Assist with trial preparation, including exhibit organization and witness coordination
  • Prepare court filings and ensure compliance with deadlines
  • Support attorneys throughout all phases of litigation

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of paralegal experience in personal injury litigation
  • Strong discovery experience is required
  • Plaintiff personal injury experience strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of California court rules and procedures
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software
