Elder Abuse Attorney 

Location: Century City, Los Angeles
Schedule: Full-Time 
Compensation: Competitive 

A rapidly growing plaintiff-side elder abuse and personal injury firm in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Elder Abuse Attorney to join its pre-litigation team. This role is ideal for an attorney who is passionate about advocating for vulnerable clients and wants to work in a mission-driven, high-impact practice.

The firm will consider attorneys from both plaintiff and defense backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Handle elder abuse matters in the pre-litigation phase, with exposure to litigation as needed

• Attend and participate in trials, arbitrations, depositions, mediations, and court appearances

• Draft pleadings, motions, legal documents, mediation briefs, and trial briefs

• Prepare and manage case strategy in coordination with senior attorneys

• Adhere to strict deadlines while managing a fast-paced caseload

• Travel throughout California for hearings, depositions, and proceedings as required

• Provide leadership and guidance to team members within managed departments

Qualifications

• Active admission to the State Bar of California

• 4+ years of elder abuse law firm experience strongly preferred

• Prior experience in personal injury litigation matters

• Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

• Leadership capability and experience managing or mentoring staff

• Passion for representing injured and vulnerable clients
