Employment & Labor Of Counsel – Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid/Remote)

A nationally recognized law firm is seeking an experienced Employment & Labor Of Counsel to join its Los Angeles office. This is a strong opportunity for a senior attorney looking to take ownership of a sophisticated caseload while working within a collaborative, well-resourced litigation team. The role offers flexibility with hybrid or remote work arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage employment and labor litigation matters from start to finish
• Handle a range of cases including wage & hour class actions and PAGA representative actions
• Represent clients in discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination matters
• Conduct court appearances, depositions, and case strategy development
• Collaborate with partners and litigation teams on complex matters
• Communicate directly with clients and provide regular case updates

Qualifications

• Active California Bar license in good standing
• 7+ years of litigation experience
• Strong experience in wage & hour class actions and PAGA matters preferred
• Knowledge of federal and state employment and labor laws
• Strong writing, advocacy, and communication skills
• Ability to manage cases independently from inception to resolution
• Trial experience a plus
