Healthcare Litigation Attorney – California

A growing litigation practice is seeking a mid-to-senior level Litigation Attorney to join its healthcare litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking for meaningful case responsibility, hands-on litigation experience, and the ability to work closely with clients in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter who enjoys sophisticated litigation work and is looking for long-term professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Represent healthcare providers in federal court, state court, and administrative proceedings
• Handle litigation matters through all phases of the case lifecycle
• Conduct legal research, draft motions, pleadings, and briefs
• Participate in hearings, depositions, and appellate matters
• Conduct pre-litigation investigations and case analysis
• Work directly with clients and litigation teams on case strategy

Qualifications

• 2–8 years of litigation experience
• Experience with trial and appellate litigation preferred
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
• Self-motivated with strong organizational abilities
• Active California Bar license in good standing
