A fast-growing California plaintiff-side consumer rights law firm is seeking a motivated Lemon Law Attorney to join its dynamic litigation team. This position can be based remotely anywhere in California or in a hybrid arrangement for candidates who prefer a combination of office and remote work.

What You'll Do

  • Handle Lemon Law matters from intake through resolution
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement demands
  • Conduct legal research and case analysis
  • Communicate directly with clients regarding case strategy and status
  • Participate in depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials
  • Negotiate settlements with defense counsel and manufacturers
  • Collaborate with a team dedicated to consumer advocacy and litigation excellence

Qualifications

  • Active California Bar license required
  • Newly admitted attorneys are encouraged to apply
  • Litigation experience is a plus but not required
  • Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage deadlines and work independently
  • Client-focused mindset and a desire to advocate for consumers
  • Motivated, driven, and eager to develop as a litigator
