This position can be based remotely anywhere in California or in a hybrid arrangement for candidates who prefer a combination of office and remote work.

What You'll Do
- Handle Lemon Law matters from intake through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement demands
- Conduct legal research and case analysis
- Communicate directly with clients regarding case strategy and status
- Participate in depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials
- Negotiate settlements with defense counsel and manufacturers
- Collaborate with a team dedicated to consumer advocacy and litigation excellence
Qualifications
- Active California Bar license required
- Newly admitted attorneys are encouraged to apply
- Litigation experience is a plus but not required
- Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and work independently
- Client-focused mindset and a desire to advocate for consumers
- Motivated, driven, and eager to develop as a litigator
