Job Title: Corporate / M&A & Securities Associate (Partnership Track)

Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid / On-site)

Compensation Range: $240,000 – $305,000 / year (Dependent on Experience)

About the Role

A premier law firm is seeking an ambitious Corporate Associate with 2 to 5 years of solid transactional experience to join its dynamic Corporate Group. This is a partnership-track position offering sophisticated, hands-on work across a full spectrum of corporate, M&A, and securities law matters in a highly collaborative setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on complex corporate transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, emerging growth companies, and joint ventures.

• Assist with private investment fund formation and securities law compliance.

• Work on intellectual property transactional matters, corporate governance, and general commercial counseling.

• Collaborate directly with partners and clients across various corporate and transactional initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of dedicated corporate transactional, M&A, and securities law experience.

• Strong legal writing, analytical, and negotiation skills.

• Excellent academic credentials from an accredited law school.

• Active CA state bar license in good standing.

Compensation & Benefits

• Anticipated base salary range of $240,000 to $305,000, depending on experience and background.
