Background:

• 10-15 years of experience in civil litigation, with an emphasis on personal injury, insurance defense or business litigation
• Trial experience with first chair jury trials preferred
• Manage all phases of litigation, from initial analysis through trial and resolution
• Conduct and defend depositions, prepare witnesses and handle court appearances
• Lead settlement negotiations and participate in mediations and arbitrations
