Litigation Attorney

A respected Colorado litigation firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 5+ years of civil litigation and/or insurance defense experience. What You’ll Handle:

• Civil litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Motion practice, legal research, and strategic case analysis
• Depositions, hearings, mediations, and court appearances
• Discovery management and case development
• Direct communication with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and courts
• Trial preparation and litigation strategy

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of civil litigation and/or insurance defense experience
• Colorado Bar license in good standing
• Strong writing and analytical skills
• Ability to independently manage litigation files
• Deposition and courtroom experience preferred
• Professional presence with strong client communication abilities
