Probate Paralegal (In-Office)
A well-established and highly respected law firm in Boca Raton is seeking an experienced Probate Paralegal to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working closely with attorneys on probate administration, trust administration, and related estate matters in a collaborative and supportive environment.
What You'll Do
- Assist attorneys with probate and trust administration matters from inception through closing
- Prepare and file probate pleadings, petitions, notices, inventories, accountings, and related court documents
- Coordinate with courts, personal representatives, trustees, beneficiaries, financial institutions, and third-party professionals
- Manage case calendars, deadlines, and document organization
- Gather and review financial records, asset information, and supporting documentation
- Prepare correspondence and maintain regular communication with clients throughout the administration process
- Assist with estate and trust funding matters, distributions, and closing documentation
What We're Looking For
- Prior probate, trust administration, or estate planning paralegal experience
- Strong knowledge of Florida probate procedures and court filing requirements
- Experience managing multiple files and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Professional demeanor with the ability to work directly with clients and families during sensitive matters
- Ability to work independently while supporting a busy legal team
