Estate Planning Attorney | Palm Beach, FL

A highly respected law firm in Palm Beach is seeking an experienced Estate Planning Attorney with 5–7 years of experience to join its sophisticated Trusts & Estates practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who has built their career working with high-net-worth clients and enjoys sophisticated estate planning and extensive drafting.

What You'll Do

  • Advise high-net-worth individuals and families on sophisticated estate planning strategies
  • Draft and review complex wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents
  • Assist with wealth transfer, asset protection, tax planning, and business succession matters
  • Work closely with clients, financial advisors, accountants, and other professional advisors
  • Develop customized estate planning strategies based on clients' personal, financial, and business objectives
  • Handle matters with a high level of autonomy while collaborating with an experienced Trusts & Estates team

What We're Looking For

  • 5–7 years of estate planning experience
  • LL.M. in Taxation required
  • Significant experience representing high-net-worth individuals and families
  • Extensive experience drafting sophisticated estate planning documents
  • Strong understanding of estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax concepts
  • Excellent legal writing, analytical, and client communication skills
  • Active Florida Bar admission
