A highly regarded and rapidly growing General Contractor is seeking an experienced General Superintendent to lead large-scale commercial projects, including high-rise builds of 15+ stories. General Superintendent Key Qualifications:
Proven experience as a General Superintendent on commercial high-rise projects (15+ stories)
Strong history managing ground-up commercial construction, including structural concrete and steel
Expertise in overseeing large teams and coordinating multiple superintendents and trades across all phases
Skilled in safety enforcement, scheduling, and quality control
Known for leading projects to completion on time and within budget
Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
A degree in Construction Management or related field is a plus, but not required
