Branch Manager – Restoration Mitigation in Atlanta, GA
A growing restoration company is looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead water, mold, and emergency mitigation operations throughout Georgia.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of restoration mitigation experience with leadership, management, or operational responsibility
- Strong knowledge of water damage mitigation, structural drying, mold remediation, and restoration best practices
- Experience leading mitigation technicians, Project Managers, or restoration field teams
- Strong understanding of project scheduling, staffing, production, job costing, and operational performance
- Ability to monitor project profitability, labor utilization, job costs, and key performance metrics
- Experience managing multiple active restoration projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of restoration documentation and insurance-driven property claims
- Excellent leadership, communication, organization, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Ability to build accountability, coach employees, and develop high-performing teams
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, customer service, and operational excellence
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally as needed
Preferred
- IICRC certifications, including WRT, ASD, AMRT, or related credentials
- Xactimate proficiency
- Experience with Symbility/Cotality or other restoration estimating platforms
- Experience managing both residential and commercial mitigation losses
- Large-loss or CAT restoration experience
- Experience working directly with insurance adjusters, carriers, and Third-Party Administrators (TPAs)
- Experience managing branch-level P&L, budgets, revenue, and profitability
- Experience helping grow or scale a mitigation operation
- Business development or referral-partner relationship experience
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee water, mold, emergency response, and mitigation operations
- Manage project scheduling, staffing, production, equipment, and field resources
- Provide leadership, coaching, development, and accountability for mitigation technicians, Project Managers, and other team members
- Monitor active projects to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, on time, and according to established quality standards
- Monitor branch performance, project profitability, job costs, labor utilization, and operational KPIs
- Review scopes, estimates, documentation, and project files for accuracy and completeness
- Ensure mitigation documentation meets company, carrier, TPA, and industry requirements
- Coordinate with estimating, reconstruction, contents, business development, and leadership teams to ensure smooth project transitions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, commercial clients, insurance professionals, and referral partners
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, production capacity, profitability, and customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with IICRC standards, OSHA requirements, safety procedures, and company policies
- Assist with recruiting, training, and developing team members as the operation grows
- Support emergency response efforts and after-hours operations when necessary
- Contribute to branch growth, strategic planning, and long-term operational goals
Compensation, Benefits & Perks:
- Competitive base salary: $85,000 - $115,000 (depending on experience)
