Hiring: Construction Superintendent (Ground-Up Retail) Traveling

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead ground-up, big-box retail projects in the Greater Atlanta area. This role requires on-site leadership to deliver high-quality projects safely and efficiently.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: $90,000 – $135,000 base.
• Travel Package: Comprehensive travel allowance and field expenses included.

Core Requirements

• Project Type: Proven experience with ground-up commercial construction.
• Retail Expertise: Strong background managing big-box retail builds.
• Technical Skill: Direct hands-on experience with tilt-wall concrete projects.
• Location: Ability to travel to project sites across the Greater Atlanta region.

Key Responsibilities

• Field Leadership: Manage all daily on-site operations and subcontractor schedules.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce strict OSHA safety standards across the job site.
• Quality Control: Inspect work daily to ensure strict adherence to blueprints.
