Lead Process Technician – Injection Molding

Summary

Seeking an experienced Injection Molding Process Technician to lead daily operations, optimize processes, troubleshoot issues, and support a safe, high-quality production environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily injection molding processes and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Set, align, and secure molds in injection molding machines.
• Troubleshoot equipment and processing issues.
• Optimize process parameters and drive continuous improvement.
• Train and mentor technicians.
• Maintain process documentation, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Partner with Engineering and Production to improve processes and workflows.
• Promote a strong safety and quality culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of injection molding processing experience.
• Strong knowledge of molding equipment, controls, and processing techniques.
• Experience with RJG Decoupled Molding preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership or mentoring experience.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or automation experience is a plus.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality.

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 4×10-hour shifts
Job Type: Full-time
