Competitive compensation

Base salary up to $135K, depending on experience, plus strong overall compensation and long-term career opportunity.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead engineering efforts supporting CNC machining and manufacturing operations
• Improve manufacturing processes, cycle times, tooling, fixturing, and efficiency
• Partner with production, quality, and operations teams to solve problems and drive results
• Support continuous improvement initiatives that improve throughput and reduce waste
• Help develop manufacturing strategies that improve performance and scalability
• Serve as a technical resource for machining-related engineering challenges

What We’re Looking For

• Engineering or manufacturing background with strong CNC machining experience
• 5–10 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, process engineering, or CNC-focused environments
• Experience supporting machining operations, tooling, fixturing, GD&T, or process optimization
• Leadership experience or desire to grow into a larger leadership role
• Someone who enjoys being close to the manufacturing floor and solving problems
