💰 Compensation: $71,500 - $82,900+ Per Year

Hourly Rate: $25-$29/hour

🎯 What You'll Do

As a key member of the quality team, you'll help ensure products meet both customer and internal quality standards.

🔹 Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections

🔹 Inspect manufactured components for accuracy and conformance to specifications

🔹 Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical documents

🔹 Use calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other precision measuring instruments

🔹 Inspect welded assemblies and support weld quality verification processes

🔹 Cut and etch welds for quality verification when required

🔹 Identify non-conforming materials and assist with corrective actions

🔹 Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and calibration documentation

🔹 Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives

🔹 Assist with ISO 9000 quality system compliance and internal audits

🔹 Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and leadership teams


🛠 What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

✔ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

✔ Experience using precision measuring equipment

✔ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

✔ Excellent problem-solving abilities

✔ Effective communication and teamwork skills

✔ Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting

Preferred Qualifications

⭐ 2+ years of manufacturing quality, inspection, or quality technician experience

⭐ Experience in metal fabrication, welding, machining, or industrial manufacturing

⭐ Knowledge of GD&T

⭐ Familiarity with ISO quality systems

⭐ Experience with SPC or quality data tracking

⭐ Experience working in a high-mix manufacturing environment
