**Account Manager:**

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive territory sales growth 

  • Build and manage dealer & grower relationships (think farm dealers and retails) 

  • Sell seed + Yield Master Solutions (biologicals/crop enhancements) 

  • Provide product positioning and agronomic support 

  • Lead local “team approach” (agronomy + sales alignment)

Background:

  • Agronomy degree/experience of either work or internships 

  • Sales/ Relationship building skills 

  • Retail background or Seed background 

  • Must be comfortable with seed and crop enhancements
