Job Description

Interior Designer Position Overview We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing innovative design concepts, coordinating projects from conception through completion, and collaborating with clients, architects, vendors, and internal teams to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces. Responsibilities

  • Develop interior design concepts, presentations, and space planning layouts
  • Prepare design drawings, specifications, and material selections
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle
  • Manage multiple projects while maintaining timelines and budgets
  • Source furniture, finishes, lighting, and materials
  • Conduct site visits and oversee installation progress
  • Ensure projects meet client expectations, building codes, and design standards
  • Create mood boards, renderings, and presentations for client review
  • Assist with project documentation and construction administration

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of interior design experience
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and/or other design software
  • Strong understanding of space planning, materials, finishes, and FF&E
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • NCIDQ certification preferred but not required

Preferred Experience

  • Commercial, hospitality, healthcare, multifamily, or residential project experience
  • Experience working with architects, general contractors, and consultants
  • Knowledge of construction documentation and specifications
