Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

- 8+ years of civil land development experience

- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred

- Experience managing land development projects from planning through construction

- Strong communication, leadership, and client relationship skills

- Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
