A highly respected, growth-oriented public accounting firm with multiple locations in Louisiana is seeking a Tax Director to join its leadership team. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee complex tax engagements including C-Corp, S-Corp, Partnership, and High-Net-Worth clients
- Provide strategic tax planning, advisory, and compliance services
- Serve as a key advisor to clients and build long-term relationships
- Review returns and ensure technical accuracy and compliance
- Mentor, develop, and lead tax staff and managers
- Contribute to firm growth through business development and client expansion opportunities
- Stay current on tax laws and provide guidance on complex tax matters
Qualifications
- CPA license required
- 10+ years of public accounting experience
- 2+ Years in a high level management role
- Proven experience in tax review, planning, and client advisory
- Leadership experience managing teams and client relationships
- Strong technical tax knowledge across multiple entity types
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
