Day Shift | Monday–Friday | $40-$45/hour
gpac is partnering with a growing industrial manufacturing company seeking an experienced Instrumentation & Controls Technician to join their maintenance and reliability team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on controls professional who enjoys troubleshooting and repairing automated equipment, instrumentation, and control systems in a production environment. This role is highly visible within the operation and offers the chance to work with advanced automation technology while making a direct impact on plant performance and equipment reliability.

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain PLC-controlled production equipment
Support and maintain Allen Bradley PLC systems and associated controls
Diagnose electrical, instrumentation, and automation-related issues
Work with HMI systems, touchscreen interfaces, and industrial networking components
Calibrate and troubleshoot pressure transmitters, level transmitters, flow devices, and related instrumentation
Support preventive maintenance and reliability initiatives
Respond to equipment issues and minimize operational downtime
Partner closely with maintenance and operations teams to improve overall equipment performance
Assist with continuous improvement projects related to controls and automation systems
4+ years of industrial controls, instrumentation, or automation experience preferred
Strong Allen Bradley PLC troubleshooting experience required
Experience with Automation Direct systems is a plus
Knowledge of industrial networking and HMI platforms
Experience with instrumentation including:
4-20mA control loops
Pressure transmitters
Level transmitters
Process instrumentation systems
Strong electrical troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Hands-on maintenance and controls experience required
Monday-Friday day shift schedule
