A respected Raleigh law firm is seeking a Trust & Estate Attorney with 5+ years of experience to join its growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to work on sophisticated estate planning and administration matters while building strong client relationships in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have experience advising individuals and families on comprehensive estate planning strategies and handling complex estate matters.

Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on estate planning strategies, including wills, trusts, asset protection, and wealth transfer planning.
  • Draft and review estate planning documents.
  • Handle probate and estate administration matters.
  • Counsel clients on tax considerations, fiduciary matters, and trust administration.
  • Manage client relationships and provide thoughtful, personalized legal guidance.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to deliver high-quality legal services.

Qualifications

  • J.D. from an accredited law school.
  • Active North Carolina Bar admission.
  • 5+ years of experience in trusts and estates, estate planning, probate, or related practice areas.
  • Strong drafting, analytical, and client communication skills.
  • Ability to independently manage matters while working collaboratively with a team.
