Job Description:
This growing restoration company is seeking an experienced Reconstruction Project Manager to manage residential and commercial reconstruction projects from start to finish. This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional with strong Xactimate, insurance restoration, project management, and subcontractor coordination experience who wants to join an established and expanding team in the Omaha market.
Requirements:
- Established restoration company generating approximately $23M in annual revenue with a strong Omaha market reputation.
- Full-time, Monday–Friday role managing reconstruction projects from initial scope through final completion.
- Manage residential and commercial projects while overseeing budgets, schedules, change orders, profitability, and quality.
- Create, review, and manage Xactimate estimates and scopes.
- Coordinate homeowners, insurance adjusters, subcontractors, vendors, crews, and internal teams.
- Conduct jobsite visits to monitor progress, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
- Requires 5+ years of reconstruction/construction Project Management experience.
- Strong knowledge of construction, insurance restoration, Xactimate, and subcontractor management required.
- High School Diploma/GED required; additional education or training preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
- Ideal candidate is organized, proactive, customer-focused, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

- Collaborate with Reconstruction Operations, Estimating, Mitigation, Restoration, and Leadership.
- Ensure projects meet company, customer, quality, and industry standards.

Compensation & Benefits:
- $75,000 base salary + commission.
