The Opportunity 🏛️
Our client is seeking a Trusts & Estates Attorney to join their busy practice, working with a high net-worth client base on sophisticated estate planning and administration matters.

What You'll Do

  • Draft estate planning documents, including estate tax planning trusts
  • Handle probate and trust administration for high net-worth clients
  • Prepare or assist in the preparation of estate tax returns and gift tax returns
  • Advise high net-worth clients on complex estate planning strategies
  • Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups on cross-disciplinary matters

Qualifications 📋

  • 5+ years of experience working with high net-worth clients
  • Experience drafting estate planning documents, including estate tax planning trusts
  • Experience in probate and trust administration for high net-worth clients
  • Experience preparing or assisting with estate tax and gift tax returns
  • Superior writing skills required
  • Admission to the New Hampshire Bar required
  • Admission to the Massachusetts, Maine, and/or Vermont Bar(s) a plus
